About

A new East Bay HVAC company, built on doing it right

Anytime Heating and Air serves homeowners, builders, and property owners across Contra Costa and Alameda counties.

Who we are

We're a new company, and we won't pretend otherwise. What we can promise is how we work: plain explanations, written prices before any work, permits pulled when the job needs them, and no pressure to buy more than you need.

A few sentences from the owner: background in the trade, why they started Anytime, and what they want customers to expect.

What we do, and what we don't

We're a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor. That covers:

  • Air conditioning repair and installation
  • Furnace repair and installation
  • Heat pumps
  • Ductless mini-splits
  • Ductwork
  • Ventilation and indoor air quality
  • Maintenance

When a job needs another trade, like an electrical panel upgrade, we tell you early and coordinate with a licensed contractor in that trade rather than doing it ourselves.

Licensing

Anytime Heating and Air is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board: CA License #1161947 (C-20). You can look up any contractor's license on the CSLB website, and we encourage you to do that with anyone you hire.

How a visit works

The same steps every time, so you know exactly what to expect.

  1. Step 1

    Arrival notice

We text or call when the technician is on the way, so you are not waiting around wondering.

  2. Step 2

    ID at the door

Your technician introduces themselves by name and shows company ID before coming in.

  3. Step 3

    Shoe covers on

Shoe covers go on at the door, and drop cloths go down where we work.

  4. Step 4

    Diagnosis, explained

We show you what we found, with photos when it helps, in plain language.

  5. Step 5

    Written options first

You get written options with prices before any work begins. Repair and replacement side by side when both make sense.

  6. Step 6

    Nothing without your OK

No work starts until you approve it. Declining is fine, and there is no pressure.

Who we work with

Tell us what's going on.

A real person will get back to you, explain your options plainly, and give you a written price before any work starts.
