Indoor Air Quality and Ventilation
Better filtration, fresh-air ventilation, and humidity control that work with your heating and cooling system.
What it is
Your heating and cooling system moves all the air in your home many times a day. That makes it a practical place to improve filtration and ventilation.
Common improvements include upgraded media filters and filter cabinets, whole-home fresh-air ventilation (ERV or HRV), and humidity control. We recommend only what fits your home and the problem you are trying to solve.
Signs you need it
- You want better filtration during wildfire smoke season
- Stuffy rooms, lingering odors, or window condensation
- A tight, newer home or ADU with little fresh air
- Dust that keeps coming back
- Your system uses thin filters that need changing constantly
How a visit works
The same steps every time, so you know exactly what to expect.
- Step 1
Arrival notice
We text or call when the technician is on the way, so you are not waiting around wondering.
- Step 2
ID at the door
Your technician introduces themselves by name and shows company ID before coming in.
- Step 3
Shoe covers on
Shoe covers go on at the door, and drop cloths go down where we work.
- Step 4
Diagnosis, explained
We show you what we found, with photos when it helps, in plain language.
- Step 5
Written options first
You get written options with prices before any work begins. Repair and replacement side by side when both make sense.
- Step 6
Nothing without your OK
No work starts until you approve it. Declining is fine, and there is no pressure.
For this kind of visit
- Higher-grade filters can restrict airflow if the system is not set up for them. We check that your blower and ductwork can handle any filter upgrade before recommending it.
What it costs
Every system is different, so we don't quote prices over the phone. A technician looks at your system and gives you an exact, written price before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, that's your call.
Replacing equipment? Ask about rebates and financing.
