Financing & rebates

Paying for a new system

Rebates and financing can change what a replacement costs you. Programs change often, so we check what's current for your address and equipment when we write your estimate.

Rebates and incentives

Most HVAC incentives in California today are for heat pumps. They come from a mix of utility, regional, state, and local programs, and each has its own rules on income, equipment, contractor participation, and paperwork.

Program funding opens and closes, and amounts change. We would rather tell you what's actually available for your home than advertise a number that may not apply. Your estimate will list any programs we find that you appear to qualify for, and the program administrator makes the final call on eligibility.

Where to look

These official program sites are good starting points:

Eligibility and amounts are set and confirmed by each program's administrator, not by us.

Answer five questions to see which programs may apply to your home, what their current status is, and when we last checked them.

Some programs are income-based. We don't store this answer.

Financing

Financing is available, subject to credit approval. Ask about payment options and we'll go over them with your written estimate.
