Furnace Installation and Replacement
Gas furnace replacement, or a switch to a heat pump, sized to your home and installed with the permit and inspection handled.
What it is
A new furnace should be sized for your home's actual heating needs, vented correctly, and matched to ductwork that can carry the air. Oversized furnaces are common and lead to short-cycling, noise, and uneven heat.
We give you written options. That usually includes a high-efficiency gas furnace and a heat pump, so you can compare upfront cost, operating cost, and comfort, and decide what fits your home and budget.
Signs you need it
- Your furnace needs a major repair, such as a heat exchanger or control board, and is getting old
- Repair calls are becoming routine
- Heating bills keep rising
- The furnace is noisy or the house heats unevenly
- You are adding AC or a heat pump and want one matched system
How a visit works
The same steps every time, so you know exactly what to expect.
- Step 1
Arrival notice
We text or call when the technician is on the way, so you are not waiting around wondering.
- Step 2
ID at the door
Your technician introduces themselves by name and shows company ID before coming in.
- Step 3
Shoe covers on
Shoe covers go on at the door, and drop cloths go down where we work.
- Step 4
Diagnosis, explained
We show you what we found, with photos when it helps, in plain language.
- Step 5
Written options first
You get written options with prices before any work begins. Repair and replacement side by side when both make sense.
- Step 6
Nothing without your OK
No work starts until you approve it. Declining is fine, and there is no pressure.
For this kind of visit
- We check the existing venting, gas line, ductwork, and electrical before quoting. These are the parts that most often change the scope of a furnace job.
- Replacement typically requires a permit. We pull it and schedule the inspection.
What it costs
Every system is different, so we don't quote prices over the phone. A technician looks at your system and gives you an exact, written price before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, that's your call.
